Y Meirionnydd is a fine Georgian town house in the town centre of Dolgellau. The town is a base for climbers of Cadair Idris which is one of Snowdonia's most popular mountains. There are six beautifully furnished rooms with some lovely period features including oak beams. The rooms are all en-suite and include TV and hospitality tray. The bar boasts a good choice of wines and Welsh beers and is the perfect place to unwind. The restaurant cooks simple but tasty food in what used to be the county gaol.
