The Anglesey Arms was once an 18th century customs house, and now provides accommodation in a traditional Welsh pub adjacent to the atmospheric historic ruins of Caernarfon Castle. Parking is free and many of the Anglesey Arms' cosy guest rooms have views across the sea of the Menai Straits. With a long and fascinating history linked with the castle, whose hanging tower once stood on the same site, the Anglesey Arms is even said to be haunted. Located in a beautiful and historic part of Wales, the Anglesey Arms makes a great base from which to explore scenic Gwynedd.
