Bodidris Hall is an historic property that was first built over 650 years ago in 1465. Now an atmospheric hotel, it is draped in red-ivy and provides a spectacular backdrop for memorable views of the hotel’s gardens and lake, where swans, ducks and pheasants freely roam. Surrounded by beautiful Welsh countryside, guests can enjoy roaring log fires, a baronial dining room and stone mullion windows that provide an ambience that modern hotels can’t compete with. Rooms retain a sense of history and include an Elizabethan Suite where Elizabeth I is rumoured to have slept. Modern conveniences include Sky TV, DVD players and tea and coffee makers in every room, and free Wi-Fi in public areas. The baronial restaurant serves sumptuous meals using fresh, organic ingredients, a selection of fine wines and home baked bread.
