Set on the old coastal road between Newport and Cardiff, this former lighthouse offers unique accommodation with views over the Severn and Usk Estuaries and the Bristol Channel. Designed over 2 floors, plus the lantern room, the West Usk Lighthouse is a circular building with a spiral staircase running through the middle, with a wishing well at the very bottom. As a result, each room features a distinctive wedge shape. Not your most traditional hotel, at the bottom of the stairs you will also find a Dalek.
